The Sekondi Education Fund has supported 700 SHS boarding freshers with trunks and essential provision packages, while day students received exercise books, pens and free daily transportation to and from school.
Yesterday, I had the distinct privilege of supporting 700 SHS boarding freshers in the Sekondi Constituency with trunks and essential provision packages, including sugar, gari, milk powder, exercise books, pens, buckets, tins of sardines, washing powder and other essential items to help them begin their SHS journey with greater ease.

This follows last week's distribution of 300,000 free exercise books to basic and JHS students under the Sekondi Education Fund.

And we are not stopping here.
Going forward, we look to extend support to students entering tertiary institutions with GH¢2,000 towards tuition or hostel expenses.

Together, we are working to make education more accessible and create brighter opportunities for the young people of Sekondi.
Education is the key to unlocking potential in society, and no child in Sekondi will be left behind.
